Meditation Instruction

Meditation as with hypnosis, is a heightened state of receptive relaxation where breathing, pulse and respiration are slowed considerably.
Therefore, the health benefits of meditation through medical research has proven to reduce stress levels and increase serotonin levels.

Studies show that meditation is associated with improvement in a variety of areas, including stress,
anxiety, addiction, depression, eating disorders and cognitive function among others. There's also
research to suggest that meditation can reduce blood pressure, pain response, stress hormone
levels and even cellular health.  It has also been observed to reduce the biological age of the body
up to 15 years over a period of a person meditating for 5 years or longer.

Meditation Is Not A Religion.

What I teach are  the known health benefits that proper scientific studies have proven. Yes, the roots of meditation have been associated with various
faith based practices, probably because of the receptive state it puts the mind in when pondering the questions of "Who am I, and why am I here? But
the practice of meditation in itself is not a religion, nor does there have to be any spiritual association at all.
